Director of Prenatal Plus - Yoga based in Miami, Florida. Certified yoga teacher, hypnobirthing practioner and doula, specializing in prenatal and postnatal with baby yoga. Registered with the National Yoga Alliance, Debra travels throughout the US hosting Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification Training and is creator of the nationally recognized video "Yoga for Pregnancy." Debra began teaching fitness in 1986 and celebrates "Motherhood" with her daughter Jessica, every day.
